We have a full-line manufacturing shop that provides engineering, fabricating, machining, assembling and painting services.   ODB's fabricating equipment includes:
  (2) Trumpf Lasers - capable of cutting up to 3/4" thick steel x 13' long
  (1) Flow International Water Jet - which uses ultra high pressure 60,000 psi
water to cut virtually any material without heating. Capable of cutting up
to 12" thick rubber, 8" thick steel and 12" aluminum, will also cut brass,
stone and glass material.
  (2) Komatsu press brakes (one 280 ton, one 80 ton) - capable of forming 1/4"
thick x 12' long steel.
  (1) Pacific - Fabri-Former I 280 ton press brake - capble of forming 1/2" steel x
12' long.
  (1) Amada Coma 50 ton Turret Punch with Plasma Cutter - capable of punching
1/2" thick steel with 49 punches.
  (1) Amada 110 ton press brake - capable of forming 1/4" thick x 8' long steel.
  (1) Accushear Shearer - capable of shearing 1/2" thick x 12' steel.
  (2) Motoman Robotic Welders capable of precise, automated welding with a 6
axis controller.
  (1) JM Montgomery Roller - capable of rolling 1/2" thick x 6' long steel.
  (25) Miller (200 - 600 amp) Welding stations.
  (3) 32' x 16' cross-draft industrial paint booths with computer mixing stations.
